The Medical Emergency Preparedness Program (MEPP) is a consulting service where we train staff of organisations EG schools, hotels, restaurants etc. on first aid techniques during medical emergencies that may occur at their establishments. Our popular training is the Heimlich Maneuver. Before the commencement of a training, we follow four steps.
1. Audit: This is where we carry out an assessment on the personnel and facility to ascertain its current state and capacity.
2. Gaps analysis: After the initial assessment of the personnel and facility, we identify the gap between where the personnel and facility is and where it should be, in terms of equipment, training and operational activities.
3. Intervention plan: After the gap analysis, a proposal on training of personnel and equipping of facility is drafted and submitted to the management who decides who implements the chances.
4. Implementation: We supervise or carryout activities for the full optimisation of the personnel and facility.
